Brief Backstory:
Cogg Snoe was born in a small part of Gunay where no one paid any attention to. His parents raised him with the saying, "Be happy with what you got" and "Always show others you are happy, it'll make them happy.". His parents died from an unknown outspread of a disease that killed many people, Cogg was lucky he was still alive. One day, Cogg walked down the street to hopefully find something to eat, but then suddenly he was surrounded by... Girls? ... yup, girls. People started to notice how 'pretty' the boy was and how his coat and eyes weren't like any others, and so... He became more and more popular and then suddenly became the Mayor of Gunay, which he has met one of his most hated and most loved dog of all...
